By Client

• 30 days written notice required
• Payment for services rendered
• Data return within 30 days
• Confidentiality obligations continue

By Amplix

• For breach of terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Illegal or harmful activities
• Business reasons with notice

9 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10 Dispute Resolution

Step 1: Direct Communication

We encourage direct communication to resolve any disputes or concerns.

Step 2: Mediation

If direct communication fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation.

Step 3: Arbitration

Final disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York.

11 Changes to Terms

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
